Description:

Purpose
SAPC Finance is holding the Billing & Denial Resolution Tutoring Lab to support billing staff at 
contracted provider agencies with understanding SAPC policies and procedures related to billing. 
The lab will include updates and announcements regarding billing and Sage configuration related to 
codes and rates, training on common billing denials and billing scenarios, and will include an open 
question and answer section. 

Providers are welcome to send requests for topics or procedures to review or to send questions in 
advance to SAPC-Finance@ph.lacounty.gov. Please indicate in the email that it is a requested to be 
covered in the tutoring lab.

Who Should Attend
This lab is intended for all SAPC contracted provider billing staff that enters or is involved in billing. All agency staff are welcome to attend regardless of their involvement with billing if interested in the information.

Lab Details
The lab will occur on the first Thursday of every month from 1:00-2:30 pm virtually via Microsoft Teams. No registration is required to attend the meeting. Use the link below to join the meeting each month.
