Description:

Ready to take the guesswork out of financial compliance and audit readiness? The SAPC Focus on Finance series returns with three engaging training sessions covering compliance requirements and best practices for SUD provider agencies. These training sessions will revisit core topics from last year’s Focus on Finance series, highlighting new requirements, developments, and considerations for SUD provider agencies across Los Angeles County.

By the end of this training series, participants will be able to:
1. Align financial reporting methodology with audit, program, grant, and/or other compliance requirements. 
2. Mitigate risk of audit findings by addressing common audit pitfalls.
3. Strengthen financial stewardship by incorporating best practices for financial reporting, monitoring, and oversight into daily operations.

Audience:
This session is ideal for executive directors, program managers, and any staff involved in compliance, accounting, financial reporting, or budgeting at your organization.
